  • For perspective of non-Covid versus Covid market. Historically MKV averages 8 sales per year.
  • This year, 7 have already sold with 4 others currently under contract.
  • 2020 MKV sales are averaging ONLY 50 days on market from listing to closing date. Way under West Maui’s resort condo average. What else shows hyper demand? Big, bad, full-priced offers…that’s what!
  • In the studio sector – 5 of the 7 units that have sold, did so at 100% of list price. One of them was $20K over asking. On the 1 bedroom side, both units that did sell sold 100% at or above list price. That’s 6 out 8 all 2020 sales at-or-above full price.-2 units are actively listed for sale.
