- There have been 13 Masters sales this year compared to 16 in all of 2018. While the average sales price may look a down significantly, it’s a bit misleading as (6) of them were 1-bedroom transactions. Hence, producing a lower avg sale price in 2019 compared to 2018 (when there was only 1).
- Currently there are 15 actively listed units for sale with an avg list price of $1.01M
