- 2021 was a historic year in Real Estate all over Maui, and Aina Nalu was no exception to that. There were 17 units sold, which is record setting for the complex.
- The average days on market (DOM) in 2021 was 160, which doesn't tell the whole story, as one unit was forgotten on the market for 542 days. So far this year, the average DOM is 71 which is more telling of the market trends.
- Currently there are no units available in Aina Nalu, as they are moving off the market very fast; however five units are pending.
