And while Lahaina was the only other district to experience positive growth in the condo sector (as of 11/28/2017), Kapalua’s 62% increase in units sold over 2016 is noteworthy in any year and one of the main reasons why West Maui’s condo category is on pace to have growth for the second consecutive year.

- Most Transactions – Kapalua Golf Villas (19 units or 37% of total sales volume) Average Price: $763K
- Most Improved – The Bay Villas sold 30% more units (11) in 2017 than any other single year since 2007
- Most Expensive Address – It’s a toss up. Coconut Grove averaged a higher price, but Montage Residences had more $4M+ sales
- The Montage’s $49M in sales is 48% of the entire Kapalua district sales dollar volume amount (with just 11 transactions)
