Neighborhood Snapshot
- In the last year to date, there have been nine units sold in Opukea. This compares to just six at this point last year, due to the hot start in 2021. There have been 13 units sold in the last four of five years, so we can expect an uptick in sales this year, as there has only been one sold so far.
- Most units have been selling fast with an average of 106 days on market; however 31 days is the current low and this tells a more accurate storyline for this market. The lone sale for this year so far, sold in 81 days.
