Neighborhood Snapshot
- Based on last years numbers, the Spinnaker had six total sales compared to two from the year before. So far there have been no sales in 2022, but the sellers market remains hot, and that can change fast.
- The average Days on Market was 106 for the one bedroom units, and just 58 for two bedroom units, compare to an average of 173 last year. This quick sale trend has continued into the new year throughout Maui.
- There are no current listings in the Spinnaker, but keep your eye out for a great opportunity.
